To request deletion of an account and its associated data, email us at klockinpro@gmail.com and include:
If you are an administrator requesting deletion for a company/workspace, include the Company ID and confirm you are authorized to make the request.
After verification and processing, we delete or permanently anonymize (where deletion isn’t technically feasible) the following data associated with the account/company, as applicable:
Certain information may be retained for a limited time if required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security purposes. Where possible, retained records are minimized and/or de-identified.
If you want to delete specific data (for example, specific timesheet entries or notes) without deleting your entire account, email klockinpro@gmail.com and specify what you’d like removed. We’ll confirm what can be deleted based on your request and any retention requirements.
